Why opt for chemical etching over punching when considering photo etching??
In most cases I use to say – you need to be sure about the construction and design of your metal part before investing in hard tool. With Photo etching, lead times for samples are notably shorter compared to producing hard tools.
You can compare etching with laser cutting just more freedom in design and shape.
Chemical etching parts are produced by transferring from photographic artwork on to a light-sensitive photo resistance and double-sided etching machine.
The process enables you to create extremely complex geometrical shapes in very thin metal into industrial or decorative parts.

For time being we offer 5 manual and 1 full automatic etching lines.
Chemical etching allows us to etch material from 0.05 to 1,0 mm thickness and in nickel silver, copper, brass, steel, aluminum and copper beryllium.
The process creates parts / sheets entirely free from burrs and tension and we can deliver the flat parts remaining in the sheet or taken out and packed as required.
