The combination of chemical etching and soft tool for bending gives you an easy process and short lead time for samples and test at your site. The process enables you to create extremely complex geometrical shapes in very thin steel or beryllium copper alloy.
After testing phase, we have the punching machines and packaging facilities for offering mass production in low as well as high volumes.
Material, manufacturing technology and machine capacity.
Beryllium Copper (CuBe) is the most common and used material for Spring Contact parts and spring loaded connectors due to excellent mechanical characteristic, very good thermal and electric conductivity. Beside this we have a material that is very easy to form with either etch or punching technology.
Stainless steel is not used that common but in case where you need a cheap and long-lasting part we have used steel with a gold plating.
Gold plating is often used for these parts as the plating provide the parts with a much higher conductivity and resistivity to bad exterior environment in countries with fluctuating humidity and temperature.
